Dorothy Kim 84, of Augusta,GA, formerly of Rutherford, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2019. She was born in 1934 in South Korea to Jin Ak Han and Suk Jin Kim.
Dorothy came from a close family with four younger brothers. She bravely entered the United States leaving her family behind for a better life in 1966. She worked very hard to make ends meet but never gave up and never complained. Her children growing up never realized how little they had and how their mother struggled but always felt loved. Her family; children and
grandchildren, were most important to her.

Dorothy is predeceased by her husband Anthony Hakkum Kim (1986). She will be deeply missed by her children; Helen Schneider and husband Jeremiah, Kathleen Sims and husband J.(Bo), Donald Drummond, Ruth Walsh and husband Michael,Grandchildren; Elizabeth Wagner and husband Adam, Katherine Schneider, Jeremiah Schneider,III and wife Sara, Michael Schneider, George Schneider, Michael Fick, Christopher Fick and wife Melissa, J. Ethan Sims, Sean Walsh and wife Jess Maron, Briana Arvay and husband Peter, Alana Walsh, great- grandchildren; James, Harrison, Ford, Finnley, Margaret, Frankie and Dorothy. Dorothy is predeceased by her brothers Young Woo & Hung Woo Han.

Funeral Monday ~ 10:30am Mass of Christian Liturgy in the Church of Saint Mary, 91 Home Ave., Rutherford
followed by Entombment in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge, NJ.
