Alice A (nee Dunphy) Macri , 93 of Rutherford for 52 years passed away Saturday September 17, 2011 in the presence of her family. Born in Passaic NJ, May 27,1918 to Daniel Dunphy and Anna(nee) Savage.
Alice was a cafeteria supervisor for St. Mary’s High School for many years until 1984.
Her passion and pride was spending time with her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Alice was married for 55 years to the love of her life, the late Joseph Russell (2000).
She will be missed by her loving children, Joseph Russell and wife Anne ,Patricia McNab and late husband Peter, Geraldine Bulger and husband Randy, Richard A. and wife Julie, Alice Saratella and husband Michael, Theresa Murolo and husband Dan,
Predeceased by her brothers Dan, Barry, Jerry, Franklin and her sister Marie Mc Guire.
She was cherished by her 9 grandchildren, Brian, Tracy, Jason, Kerri, Nicole, Amanda, Jaimie , Joe and Michael and her 8 great-grandchildren, Danny, Kyle, Gabriella, Douglas, Aimee, Hailey ,Matt and Alexander.

Funeral Wednesday, Sept 21,10 am from the Collins Calhoun Funeral Home 19 Lincoln Avenue, Rutherford followed by 10:30am Mass of Christian Liturgy in St. Joseph RC Church East Rutherford.
Interment: St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi NJ
Friends will be received Tuesday, Sept 20, 2-5pm and 7-9pm.
