Mazzaccaro
Alice, 100, long time resident of Rutherford passed away Thursday, March 5th, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born to John and Angelina Anderoni in Old Forge, PA.
Alice lived in Rutherford for 63 years where she and her husband, the late Thomas Mazzacarro, (2006), enjoyed their large growing family. She was a proud homemaker and the family matriarch. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, crocheting, cooking (known for her Gnocchi), she would proudly display her Christmas Village under the tree for the family, especially for the grandchildren & great-grandchildren but it was enjoyed by all for years. She loved life and having fun; to celebrate her 99th birthday, she & her family took a party bus, where she “pole danced” her way to a Yankee game to see her favorite player, Derek Jeter. There, she received wonderful memorabilia from the Team. Alice will be missed for her great sense of humor, she was a real joker. Those who were in her life, were lucky to have known her.

Alice will be deeply missed by her beloved children, Thomas, John and Norma Azzolini, her grandchildren, Dominick Azzolini, Donna Bruno, Steven Azzolini, Thomas Mazzaccaro, Michael Mazzaccaro, Richard Mazzaccaro, John Mazzaccaro, Jefferey Mazzaccaro, Ron Mazzaccaro, 27 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her
grandson, Anthony Azzolini, (1995).

Funeral on Monday 9:30am from the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford for 10:30am Mass of Christian Liturgy in The Church of Saint Mary, Rutherford.
Interment in Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst.
Family will receive friends Sunday from 2 to 7pm.
