Obituary for Ann H Petermann
Ann Petermann (nee Lovell), 88, of Rutherford NJ passed away Monday, December 13, 2021. Born in New York City to Anna Berneri (nee Batchunas) and Albert Victor George Lovell.
Ann was a graduate of Cathedral High School and worked briefly as a secretary at NBC before starting her family. Married in 1954 to the late Frederick Petermann (2020), they were married 66 years and resided in Rutherford since 1959. A dedicated mother to their two children, in her free time Ann enjoyed travelling, attending the opera and symphony, and spending time in her beloved New York City.
Ann is survived by her brothers Ronald Lovell and Richard Lovell and her sister Elizabeth Wenzel; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Theresa Petermann; daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Andrew Thielen; granddaughters Dana and Emily Petermann and grandson Zachary Thielen.
Funeral services will be private.
