Anna Nakulak, 87, of Rutherford, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022. Born in Bronx, NY to Simeon and Anastasia Duduk. After college, Anna was a Chemist working over 20 years for Pfizer Corporation before retiring in 1977. Anna and her husband George were married and resided in Rutherford for 32 years. Later in life, the couple happily welcomed their daughter Mary whom they always considered, a wonderful gift and a Blessing from God. Anna and her daughter shared a special bond spending quality time together all through the good times and bad. She was a mother with strong will power.
Anna was a longtime member of the 55 Kip Center in Rutherford where she appreciated the company, she had spent with so many special friends. She was also a member of the Rutherford Woman’s Club, the Republican Club, the Taxpayers Association and an active member of St. Peter and Paul Church.
Anna is predeceased by her husband George (1999) and her sibling Feodor Duduk (2022). She leaves behind her loving and devoted daughter, Mary Nakulak, her cousins; Alexandra, Terhune and husband Daniel, Elena Duduk of Aruba, Suzanne Duduk, Dr. Natalie Hashey and husband Dr. Terry Hashey, D.O. & their children; Zachary, Gregory, Kyra and Luke.
Family will receive friends Friday 6:00pm to 7:00pm for a Prayer Service followed by visiting 7-9 pm in St. Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Church. Funeral Saturday gathering 8:00am at Church, thereafter, Interment at St. Vladimir’s Cemetery in Jackson, NJ.
