Anne Barabas, 88, of Queens NY passed away peacefully on Tuesday , April 8th,2014, surrounded by her family. She was born in 1926 to John and Florencia (nee Seranada) Martin in the Phillipines. Anne was employed for 30 years with the United Nations as an Administrative Assistant before retiring.
She loved to shop in the local stores and always wanted to stay active. She enjoyed her beautiful growing family whom were most important to her.
Anne is predeceased by her husband Frank (2009). She will be deeply missed by her devoted daughter Florence Jacqueline Fedyshyn and her husband Timothy, her grandchildren, Robert A. Cummings and his wife Jocelynn, John D. Solensky and his wife Gina, Irene V. Fedyshyn and great-grandchildren, Sydney Cummings, Robby Cummings, Johnny Solensky and Sofia Solensky, her siblings, Pearl Rivera, Mae Woo and Alice Boyer; she is predeceased by the late William Martin.

Family will receive friends and loved ones on Friday April 11th from 4pm to 8pm with a 7:30pm Prayer Service in the Collins Calhoun Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford.
Private Cremation.
