Daniel J. 85, “Scooter” of Rutherford NJ passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2012.

He was born in Jersey City to Vincent and Tillie (nee Bodino) Cusati. Daniel was a long time and loyal employee of Amalgamated Lithographers of America, Local 1 in New York for 35 years before retirement. Daniel proudly served in the United States Army Air Corp during World War II. He enjoyed working with his hands and repairing things, he was the “go to guy”; if it was broken he could fix it.

Daniel was a devoted husband and father, his greatest joy was the time he spent with his loving wife and family.
Daniel is survived by his wife Billie (nee Neal) of 49 years, his children, Joseph Cusati and his wife Tina, Denise and her husband Charlie Weaver and his adored grandchildren Amy, Charles and his great grandson Tyce. He also leaves his brother Richard Cusati

Funeral services will be held Monday 9:30AM in The Church of Saint Mary, 91 Home Avenue, Rutherford NJ. Please arrive in Funeral Home 8:30AM.


Family and friends will be received Sunday 4–7 PM in the Collins Calhoun Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford.

Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington
