AMBROSE
Dorothy Ambrose (nee Laszok), 81, of Rutherford, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Monday, October 26, in Hackensack University Medical Center. Dorothy was born in Jersey City, NJ to Stefan and Petrina (nee Pawlyk) Laszok.
She worked as an executive secretary for many years and was a member of the Kipp Center in Rutherford as well as a member of AARP.
Dorothy was pre-deceased by her beloved husband Joseph (2000).
Devoted mother to MaryJane Ambrose-Kajon and her husband Frank.
Loving grandmother to Jacqueline and Joseph.
Also survived by her sister Lillian Minch and husband Edward. Her nephews Gordon and his wife Cele and Edward and his wife Daryl. She is pre-deceased by her brothers John and Thomas Laszok.
Friends will be received on Wednesday 7-9 and Thursday 2-4 pm & 7-9pm at Collins-Calhoun FH, 19 Lincoln Ave.,Rutherford, NJ. Followed by a 9:30am Mass of Christian Liturgy in St. Joseph's R.C. Church, East Rutherford.
