Obituary for Edward W. Mazure
Edward W. Mazure, 75, of Rutherford, NJ passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2020. Born in Jersey City, raised in Lyndhurst, he was the son of the late Edward and Katherine (Novak) Mazure.
Edward proudly served in the United States Air Force Reserves. After receiving honorable discharge, he continued his education and received a Master’s Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Before retiring as a Planning Finance Manager, he was employed at Hoffmann-La Roche for 47 years.
He coached for the Rutherford Little League, soccer, and basketball teams. Most recently, he was a Warden of Grace Episcopal Church in Rutherford. He loved photography, lighthouses, DIY projects, traveling, attending New York Giants games, and spending time with family.
Edward will be deeply missed by his beloved and devoted wife of 51 years, Rosalind (Ryder), his children Tracy Mazure-Lefkowitz & husband Ken, Jeffrey & wife Nicole, David & wife Kyra Dosch-Klemer, his grandchildren, Katie, Indira, Jasper, and C.J. He is predeceased by his sister, Kathy Lynn Ma
