(nee: Tozzi) 68 of Wantage, formally of Rutherford passed at home on July 3, 2009 Born in Jersey City, she lived most of her life in Rutherford, she is the daughter of Joseph Tozzi and Marion Koehler. Elaine is survived by her loving children Stacey Pokrywka and husband Matthew; Brian Bollard and wife Jennifer,her loving grandchildren Robert, Joseph, Jonathan and Julia and her brother Fr.
