Frank Jr., 77, of East Rutherford passed away at home Friday, May 23rd 2015.
Frank was born to Frank and Minnie Spill in Passaic. He was a CPA & VP of Finance for Pfister Chemical in Ridgefield Park for 37 years before retiring.
Frank will be deeply missed by his devoted wife Grace (nee Hopper) his children, Keith and his wife Susan, Kimberly Palmer and her husband Matthew and grandchildren, Ryan Spill, Kelly Spill, Jake Palmer and Noah Palmer.
