Frederick M.Davis of Rutherford passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 8th, 2012. He was born in Hoboken NJ in 1936.

Fred was a lineman for PSE&G in Hackensack for 41 years before retiring in 1998. He belonged to the House of Jims in Wood-Ridge. He was a friendly and familiar face who delivered flowers for 10 years for Rutherford Florist in Rutherford . Most of all Fred was a truly great guy to everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife Patricia of 51 wonderful years, (nee Mellody). He adored his children; Christopher and his wife Jackie, Kerry, James and his late son Michael (1969) and the joy of his life; his grandson Aiden. He will be missed by his sisters, Peggy Schneider, Mary Henke and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his siblings; Ann Lamagna, Betty Ercolino and Eddie Davis. He treasured his furry friends, Noodles and Tea.
