Obituary for Giulia Vacchi Bombarda
Giulia Vacchi Bombarda, 48, passed away surrounded by her family on January 27,2022. She was born to Sandro Vacchi and Angela Pinca in Mirandola, Italy.
She moved to Rutherford with her husband, Luca in 1999 where they raised their two daughters, AnnaLaura and Caterina. Giulia’s smile could light up any room and her love of life made her a joy to be around. She recently spent more time at their home in Estero, Florida where she would frequently go watch the sunset at the beach, her favorite place to be. Her loss is truly felt in every corner of the world.
Giulia is survived by her loving family; Luca Bombarda and their beautiful daughters, AnnaLaura and Caterina, her parents Sandro and Angela.
She will be missed dearly by her sister-in-law Cinzia, brothers-in-law Andrea and Marco, nieces and nephews, and all of her friends that truly became like her family.
Family will receive friends for Memorial Visiting Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00pm in the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford. Funeral Friday 9:00am mass in St. Joseph's Church, 120 Hoboken Rd., E. Rutherford.
