Obituary for Iris Herdman (Tucker)
Iris Herdman, (nee Tucker), 86, of Rutherford passed away on Saturday March 15th 2014.
She was born in Tonypandy, Wales to Henry and Alice Ann (nee Roberts) Tucker in 1927.
Iris had resided in Enid, Oklahoma with her husband Charles and their family before moving to Rutherford where she lived for the last 16 years. She was a member of the
Rutherford Kip Center and enjoyed most being a home maker for her growing family.
Iris is predeceased by her husband Charles (1993). She will be missed by her son Marvin Dean Herdman of Arlington Texas, her daughter, Charlene and her husband Dr.Daniel Mariano of Rutherford, her grandchildren, Jennifer, Mark, Shawn, Wendy, Joshua, Jamie and 13 great-grandchildren. Iris is survived by her sister Nancy Ford, she is predeceased by her siblings; Elsie, Harry, Stanley, Levi, Leonard and Glyn.
Family will receive friends & loved ones on Wednesday 2:00 to 4:00pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm with a 7:30pm Prayer Service in the Collins Calhoun Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford
