Kenneth Wilderotter, of McClure, Pa. formerly of Rutherford, passed on Sunday, June 23rd, 2019.
Ken owned and operated his family manufacturing business, Coal Chutes in Newark. The business was established in 1892 & incorporated in 1913. As business grew, they manufactured canvas bags, cement chutes and bolt bags. After retirement, Ken enjoyed antique shopping as a hobby and eventually he became a small antique dealer.
Ken will be deeply missed by his wife Edith (nee Duroy), his son and daughter, one niece and five nephews.
Visiting will be held on Saturday from 9:00am to 10:00am with a Prayer Service to begin at 10:00am in the Living Gospel Baptist Church 23 West Passaic Ave., Rutherford.
Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst.
A Prayer Service will also be held in Pennsylvania at a later date, (to be announced).
