Luis A. Caraballo, 94, of Wayne, passed away Tuesday, September 27th, 2022. He was born in Gurabo, Puerto Rico to Arcadio and Ana (nee Colon) Caraballo.

Luis resided in Passaic for 35 years then Clifton for 40 years before his later residence in Wayne. Prior to retirement Luis had a 30 year career with Fritzsche Dodge and Olcott (BASF) as a chemical operator.                                                  He was a faithful man who was an Elder for Prince of Peace Church in Passaic. He loved to travel but mostly enjoyed spending time with his close family.                                                                             

 Predeceased by his wife Benilda (nee Diaz) Caraballo (2018). Luis will be deeply missed by his loving daughters Anna Carrera and husband Leonardo, Naomi Lynyak and husband Paul and six grandchildren.

Family will receive friends Thursday 7-9pm in the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford.  Funeral arrangements are private.
