Obituary for Luis Ramon Robles

With heavy hearts, we mourn the loss of Luis Ramon Robles, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 55. Born on May 5, 1968, in New York City to Louis and Gregoria Robles, Luis leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter.

Luis was a cherished husband, father, son, brother, and friend, known for his infectious humor and warm-hearted nature. He adored his family, including his beloved dogs Snoopy, Buster, Cooper, and Tucker, as well as his granddog Charlie and cat Holly. Luis found immense joy in spending time with his loved ones, particularly during a cherished visit to Key West with his devoted wife, Ana.

A man of remarkable talent and ingenuity, Luis possessed an unmatched ability to fix anything he set his mind to.  In his professional life, Luis had a successful career as a Software Consultant Developer, and worked for Deutsche Bank and DWS in New York City for over 20 years. His passion projects were fixing up and selling beautiful homes in the New Jersey area. Luis ventured into many projects and was a hard working man. 

Beyond his professional pursuits, Luis was multi-talented; his skills and hobbies included fishing with his family, skiing, swimming, watching TV with his family, and brewing beer & kombucha. He was a master of diverse talents. 

Luis leaves behind cherished memories that will be treasured by his wife Ana and his children Luis, Monica, Gina, and Ciara; his brother Reinaldo, his parents, and dear extended family, friends, and coworkers.

Family and friends are invited for a Celebration of Luis's life to take place on Thursday, March 21st, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave in Rutherford NJ.                   

 Funeral Friday, March 22nd all to gather in Funeral Home 11:00am for12:00pm  Mass of Christian Liturgy at The Church of Saint Mary, Rutherford.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Interment to follow after Mass for Graveside Service at Woodlawn Cemetery in Bronx, NY.
