Doak, Mae (nee Jahn) of Rutherford, on October 28, 2010, born on Cliff Street in Union City and raised in Secaucus by her beloved parents, the late Christian and Mary Jahn (nee McKiernan).
Mae was a business school teacher in Jersey City in her early life and later served as an Administrator for a law firm in Fairfield in the late 90's.
She was an associate member of "The First Special Service Force {The Devils Brigade} a member of Gilda's Club, charter member of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews and a member of Corpus Christie Church in Hasbrouck Heights, and was a lover of all animals.
She is predeceased by her husband Jack, Two devoted children Christine Buxbaum of Hasbrouck Heights, Coleen Truscio of Rutherford and two wonderful sons-in-law, Michael Truscio and the late Dean Buxbaum.
Grandmother to Jeannine Buxbaum and Charlie Buxbaum of Hasbrouck Heights. Sister to Florence and Ruth of Toms River and the late Warren Jahn of Dumont. Many nieces, nephews and her good friends, Kerri, Chrissy and Kimi.
Funeral will be Monday 10:00 am from the Collins Calhoun Funeral Home 19 Lincoln Ave. Rutherford. Interment: Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Friends will be received on Sunday 6 to 9pm with a Prayer Service at 8:00pm
