Marian Morgan (nee Napoliello) 63, of Rutherford, passed away peacefully on June 18th surrounded by her loving family.
Marian, affectionately known as Bunny was born in Jersey City to James and Rose (nee Elia) Napoliello. She attended St. Nicholas Grammar School, St. Dominic Academy High School and New Jersey City University. Marian also earned a Master's Degree in Education from New Jersey City University in 1994.
Beloved wife for 33 years of Sean Morgan. Devoted sister of Joanne Cirillo and her husband Al of Stuart, Fl. Loving sister-in law to Eugene Morgan and his wife Eileen of E. Northport, NY, Ailish Morgan of Dublin, Ireland, Theresa O'Connell of Donegal, Ireland, and Inan Morgan and his wife Mary of Donegal, Ireland.
Adored aunt to Vincent Palazzo of Jersey City, NJ, Kristine Dunbar and her husband Ken of Allendale, NJ, Colleen Pasquarella and her husband Anthony of E. Northport, NY, and Joelle Bizien of Wood-Ridge, NJ. Loving great aunt to Abdul, Kasey, Madison, Andrew, Sydney and Brett.
Marian excelled as an educator of young minds for more than 30 years at P.S. #25 in Jersey City Heights. She enjoyed life to the fullest and will be severely missed by hundreds of friends. She was an active participant and organizer of her cherished Book Club, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Club. Everyone that met Bunny loved Bunny.
She volunteered her time fundraising for American Red Cross, the Scleroderma Foundation and the Robert Woods Johnson Hospital Foundation.
Friends and family planning to attend Funeral Service are requested to assemble Wednesday, June 22nd 10:00am in St. Joseph's Church,120 Hoboken Road, E. Rutherford, where a 10:30am Mass of Christian Liturgy will be celebrated.
Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
