Michael Joseph, 83, died suddenly on August 21, 2012.
Michael was born in Westfield NJ and raised in Jersey City. Following discharge from the Marine Corps, he married his love Margaret Rose O’ Neill in 1953. They remained in Jersey City where they raised their 5 children until 1970 when they made their new home in Rutherford.

Michael earned his Bachelors degree in Marketing at St. Peter’s College in Jersey City. Much of his career was centered in Management and Sales until his retirement in 2001.

He was an avid golfer and spent many years as a member of Suburban Golf Club in Union NJ.
His greatest joy was being a husband, a father and a grandfather.He will be greatly missed by his many nieces and nephews as well as his cherished friends.

Family will receive friends Friday 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00pm in the Collins Calhoun Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Avenue, Rutherford NJ.

Funeral Saturday 8:30am followed by 9:30am Mass of Christian Liturgy in the Church of Saint Mary, 91 Home Avenue, Rutherford.

Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery, Ridge Road, North Arlington NJ
