Obituary for Patricia A. Roth
Patricia Roth, 68 of Rutherford passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Calvary Hospital, Bronx, NY.
She was born on April 3, 1952 in Kew Gardens, NY to Kenneth and Bridget (McManus) Roth of Bellerose, NY.
After graduating from Dominican Commercial High School (’70) she was employed as a secretary for West Point Pepperell. She later worked for Mobil Oil and Equitable Life Insurance Company. She retired in 2017 as an Executive Assistant for VP of Operations at Ernst & Young in Secaucus, NJ.
Patricia was a faithful, devoted parishioner of Church of Saint Mary, Rutherford. She helped with many charitable causes in a very quiet way.
Patricia valued the many friendships she had. She treasured the memories made while traveling and taking cruises with her friends.
Patricia will be deeply missed by her loving mother, Bridget, sister Lorraine, brother Kenneth & his wife Kasturie.
She is pre-deceased by her father, Kenneth (2014) and her brother-in- law, Steven Nienstedt (2018).
Patricia was a wonderful aunt to Carrie Shafer (Robert), Steven Nienstedt (Melissa), Bridget Cronin (Michael), Thomas Nienstedt (Anna) and Katelyn Brady (Christopher).
“Patsy” was also a fun-loving great-aunt to Steven, Emily, Wesley, Kayla, Brenna, Wyatt, Meghan, Norah, Abby, Hannah & Kara.
She will also be sadly missed by all of her cousins, aunts, uncles and many dear friends.
Gathering Monday December 21, 2020 9:30am in Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford for 10:30am Mass of Christian Liturgy in the Church of Saint Mary, Rutherford.
