Sophie, 91, of Jersey City passed away May 5th, 2013 surrounded by her family. She was born in NYC to Johannes and Maria (nee Wiatr) Kurzeja.
Sophie retired after 22yrs employed with Standard Brands in Hoboken. She is predeceased by her husband Dominick and daughter Geraldine Cipoletto.
Sophie will be missed by her son Richard and his wife Patricia and her beautiful grandchildren; Jennifer, Kristen, David, Mark and Stephen. She is predeceased by her grandson Matthew.
Funeral Friday May 10th 8:30AM in Collins Calhoun Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Avenue Rutherford following 9:30AM Mass of Christian Liturgy in The Church of Saint Mary, Rutherford.
Interment: East Ridgelawn Crematory, Clifton
Family will receive friends Thursday 2:00 -4:00PM & 7:00- 9:00PM
