Ursula Loeper Munoz, 90, a longtime resident of Wood-Ridge died peacefully November 24, 2015. She was born in Germany and lived many years in Long Island before settling in New Jersey. She was predeceased by her parents Peter and Freidal Loeper and her husband Richard Munoz. She was beloved Aunt of Lillian Johnson of Rutherford and cherished great aunt to Cathy and Joseph Baviello, Thomas Johnson, Robert and Karen Johnson, Elizabeth and Nadie Roshandel. She was predeceased by her great nephew Michael Johnson. Ursala was great great Aunt to Kate, Jessie, Quinn, Henry, Peter and Kian.

After her retirement from being a controller in 1996 she went on to become a volunteer at Hackensack Medical Center for over 17 years.
Ursula's love of travel took her many places and especially to Africa many times and perhaps that is where her love of cats came from. She loved domestic and wild ones as documented by her many amazing photos of her trips. She also loved to paint and that was reflected by the many hand painted personal cards she sent to all of her family members for every occasion over the years.

Funeral held on Monday 8:30 from Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19Lincoln Avenue, Rutherford.
Departing 9:30 for Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY

Family will receive friends on Sunday from 1-4pm. Prayer Service 3:30pm ,Rev. Peter Wilkinson, officiating.
