Obituary for Veronica Ann "Ronnie" Lorenc
Veronica Ann Lorenc, 93, of Rutherford, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021. Born in Jersey City to Thomas Hines & Ann (nee Fitzpatrick).
Veronica met and later married Edward C. Lorenc. Together they raised three children. Veronica and her husband Edward were married for 71 years. Veronica was employed for 15 years as an executive secretary for Bayonne Hospital. She had a love for music, reading, dancing, traveling, and shopping for the latest fashions. Above all, Veronica loved her family and her dog, Fudge.
Veronica is predeceased by her husband Edward, her son James Lorenc and his wife Mary. She will be missed dearly by her children; Janet DeSimone & husband James, Kathleen Raines & husband John, her grandchildren; James Patrick, Meghan, Erin, Timothy & his wife Janessa, Matthew, Patrick & wife Nicole, Ryan, Kathryn, her great-grandchildren; Joseph, Evelyn, Colin, Henry & Grace.
The family would like to extend a warm thank you to the Hospice Care at Valley & Reflections Care Unit at Brandywine.
