Addis, Wanda C. (nee Kompass) 100 years old of Montclair, formally of Rutherford and Lyndhurst passed on February 19, 2011.
Wanda was born in Brooklyn, NY to Frederick Kompass and Catherine Fletcher. In her working career she was a secretary for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. in NYC. An active volunteer for the Rutherford Red Cross, she proudly received a 25 year pin for untiring service.
Wanda was pre-deceased by her beloved husband Abraham in 1979, and survived by her two loving sons David, his wife Janet, and Michael Addis.
She is also pre-deceased by her six brothers and sisters, Charles, Edward, Walter, Phoebe, Madeline, and Betty.
Relatives and friends are invited to assemble at the cemetery office and attend memorial graveside services Monday May 9, 2011 at 11:00am in Holy Cross Cemetery, No. Arlington.
