Obituary for William C. Larson
Larson William C., 66, longtime resident of Rutherford passed away on Sunday, January 29th, 2017. He was born to William and Elizabeth (nee Mohan) Larson in Newark. William, known to his friends as Bill, graduated from North Arlington High School in 1968. He then joined the US Marines and proudly served during the Vietnam War. When he returned home, he completed a Bachelor’s Degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University. William was employed by USPS as a mail handler in the DVD Processing Ctr. in Kearny for 20 years. He loved being on the water and spent many hours fishing with his daughter on their boat in Little Egg Harbor. He also enjoyed football and cooking.
William will be deeply missed by his devoted and loving wife Donna, his children, Christian William, Adam Craig, Jamie Elizabeth and his sisters, Nancy Fischer and Susan Yorkston.
Family will receive friends on Saturday from 4pm to 8 pm in the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford with a Prayer Service at 7pm.
