Condolence: So sorry to hear that John passed away. He helped me to become an American Red Cross CPR and First instructor. He also got me paid red cross work when he worked for North Bergen and Essex red cross. I wanted to let John know that as of December 2011 I will be an American Red Cross Instructor Trainer for CPR and First Aid. I also was honored as Alameda County Volunteer Instructor of the year in 2010 for my work in pet first aid and California Child Care. John made me the instructor I am today.

Condolence: Sue and family, I extend sincere condolences for your loss. Although we met only once, I felt a closeness to you, John and the Huffman family in New Jersey. Through our common hobby, genealogy, John and I found each other and spent several years researching our ancestors. I regret that he didn't get to make that trip to Mississippi to see the old family homeplace and cemetery. Our prayers are with you.

I am a first cousin of John, although we had never met. My mother was Eleanor Huffman Gurley, sister of George Huffman.
