Condolences

Condolence From: Claire Sikoryak Shields
Condolence: "Uncle John" as I called him was not only one of my music teachers, he was someone who encouraged my creativity and scholastic work in all fields. I can still say he was important to me, and that his love for all his students is evident in these condolences. You're remembered, dear friend.

Condolence: Our heartfelt sympathies in this time of sorrow. John Mayurnik was a dedicated educator. We were very fortunate to have him further advance the interest of all music in our children. Rest assured he was a beloved teacher in our community.

Condolence: Mr.Mayurnik was not only one of my favorite teachers he was also one of my best friends, when ever i had trouble in school he would encourage me to keep trying and never give up. one of the things i most regret about school was quitting band in the beginning of the fifth grade. Even though i wasn't in band, when ever I saw Mr.Mayurnik I always would say hi and start up a conversation. As a student he was always my roll model, and i will miss him more then you can imagine. Rest in peace.

Condolence: Mr. Mayurnik was one of the greatest men i'd ever met, not only was he my teacher but he was also my friend. He always had a smile on his face and plenty of kind words to offer. I will always look back on him with fond memories. He will be missed.

Condolence: Mr. Mayurnik was my 4th grade saxophone teacher. He was a great person who was always happy and never complained about his job or other people or anything else. I remember that sometimes after class he would give us a piece of gum and say, "Don't tell anyone!" He was definitely one of my top 5 favorite teachers and I am sorry to hear about his passing.
