It was a blessing having Florence as a mother in law.  Mother in laws like her are few and I am thankful to have one of the best  of the few.

We shared many precious times together.  Sitting together on the porch, taking private car rides, remembering life as we wandered through photo albums, holding hands in her latter days.

She taught me  to always look for blessings in your troubles.
